Are you an experienced Broadband Product Manager eager to embrace a pivotal leadership position? We are looking for a dedicated and strategic professional to spearhead the success of our designated products throughout their complete lifecycle. In this influential role, you will not only comprehend but also shape and support both internal and external customers and stakeholders. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Crafting, articulating, and implementing innovative product strategies, ensuring alignment with account management and marketing teams.
- Overseeing precise execution across all phases of the product lifecycle, from detailed business cases to global and regional launches.
- Delivering exceptional application support, developing technical documentation, and providing impactful training for Account Management Tools.
- Leading competitor assessments, analyzing product value propositions, competitive environments, and contributing to pricing strategies.
- Navigating pricing complexities, engaging in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) forecasting, and managing inventory proficiently.
- Offering critical cost insights into Manufacturing Strategy, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the business.
- Serving as a trusted advisor, addressing customer needs and inquiries while nurturing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
- 5+ years of product management experience in telecommunications or fiber optics, with a preference for FTTx experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for effective data analysis and modeling.
- Understanding of product management principles, including development, lifecycle management, and market strategy.
- Strong knowledge of technical data in telecommunications and broadband technologies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying complex concepts.
- Proactive problem-solving approach to tackle challenges enthusiastically.
- Ability to prioritize projects rapidly based on customer feedback.
- Proficient in researching and analyzing project requirements, facilitating collaboration and alignment.
- Ability to efficiently understand market trends, competitive intelligence, financial data, and evolving customer needs.
- Proven capability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, taking ownership of projects to successful completion.
- Willingness to travel 10-25% to various locations.
