Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Civil EIT to join our team. As a Civil EIT, you'll play a key role in supporting our engineers and project managers in performing engineering tasks, including grading, utility design, and quantity calculations. You'll also assist with AutoCAD production, Civil 3D design, and development of improvement plans.
Responsibilities- Assist engineers and project managers in performing engineering tasks, including development of grading, utility design, and quantity calculations.
- Support AutoCAD production, Civil 3D design, and development of improvement plans.
- Develop quantities using a combination of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and hand calculations.
- Attend and participate in occasional site visits and/or field meetings.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly describe work in written reports, presentations, technical memos, and emails.
- Have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently, with guidance from other engineers, and as a part of a team.
- Be able to follow instructions, ask questions, and resolve challenges in a team environment through collaboration and dialogue.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Engineer in Training Certification (EIT).
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The expected compensation range for this position is $70,381.00 to $95,381.00 annually, depending on skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
