  • Oversight of Software Assets: Guarantee compliance with software licensing and efficiently manage the processes of procurement and retirement.
  • Hardware Asset Oversight: Supervise the inventory of hardware assets, focusing on deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning to optimize costs.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow: Leverage ServiceNow for effective IT asset and configuration management.
  • Implementation of ITIL Practices: Apply ITIL best practices to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Asset Management.
  • Proficiency in utilizing ServiceNow for IT asset management.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is essential.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Familiarity with the purchasing and order management functionalities of ServiceNow.
