Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional customer service and manage the daily operations of our hotel's front desk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for registering guests, managing reservations, and providing information about our hotel's amenities and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
  • Manage online and phone reservations, including confirming guest details and room assignments
  • Provide accurate and timely information about our hotel's services and amenities
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Liaise with our housekeeping team to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests
  • Upsell additional services and amenities to enhance the guest experience
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hotel front desk or reception role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel reservation systems
