We are seeking a skilled Hotel Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional customer service and manage the daily operations of our hotel's front desk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for registering guests, managing reservations, and providing information about our hotel's amenities and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
- Manage online and phone reservations, including confirming guest details and room assignments
- Provide accurate and timely information about our hotel's services and amenities
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Liaise with our housekeeping team to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests
- Upsell additional services and amenities to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or reception role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel reservation systems
