At Volcom, we're passionate about creating a unique and powerful balance between brand culture and sustainable growth. As a Retail Associate, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life and connecting with customers who share our passion for action sports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
  • Drive sales and build relationships with customers through product knowledge and enthusiasm
  • Represent the Volcom brand with integrity and passion
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a fun, organized, and efficient store environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and achieve business goals
Requirements:
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred
  • Familiarity with the action sports industry and Volcom brand
  • Interpersonal, customer service, and basic math skills
  • Ability to transport and position a minimum of 10 lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods and move within the store and backroom
