Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Prior experience in industrial painting, preferably within a retail paint environment.
  • Knowledge of compliance monitoring related to government regulations.
  • NACE Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with paint mixing equipment, spectrometers, and shakers.
  • Safe operation of forklifts and other equipment in the paint department.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
