Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide routine and complex care to patients, demonstrating an awareness of all relevant aspects of a situation.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practice.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
  • RN License in state of employment or compact.
  • BLS required.
