Nurse Practitioner

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse - Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for providing expert nursing care to patients and families, while also mentoring and guiding other nurses to achieve excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and develop individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Mentor and educate other nurses on best practices, new technologies, and evidence-based care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- RN License in state of employment or compact.
- BLS required.
