POSITION OVERVIEW

We recommend candidates with retail or customer service experience, although additional training will be provided before the event commences. We seek individuals who demonstrate initiative and possess a positive demeanor to help us deliver an exceptional customer experience to all visitors in our retail spaces during the event.

Seasonal Merchandise Associates will play a key role in the sale of official merchandise. Responsibilities include greeting and engaging customers, processing cash and credit transactions, assisting with merchandise stocking, and more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create a fun and professional atmosphere for both team members and fans.
  • Proactively greet and assist all customers entering the venue.
  • Adhere to Legends' standards and policies.
  • Efficiently and accurately complete sales transactions while following cash protection procedures; seek opportunities to enhance individual and venue performance.
  • Support your supervisor in maintaining a neat, organized, clean, and fully stocked location for all events.
  • Assist with the stocking of merchandise.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
  • Friendly, self-motivated individuals who enjoy meeting new people in an exciting event environment.
  • Willingness to exceed guest expectations.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the venue for extended periods.
  • Capable of transporting up to 30 lbs regularly.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively during setup to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills with supervisors and guests.
  • Ability to foster and maintain strong working relationships with team members while upholding high performance standards.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to all safety policies and procedures.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
