ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a background in retail or customer service to join our team. As a Seasonal Merchandise Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a memorable shopping experience for our guests.
Applicants should be prepared to work flexible hours and be available throughout the event duration. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the sale of official merchandise, engaging with customers, processing transactions, and maintaining stock levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests and team members.
  • Proactively greet and assist customers entering the retail space.
  • Adhere to AEG's standards and policies.
  • Efficiently process sales transactions while ensuring cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales area.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
  • Friendly, self-motivated individuals who enjoy engaging with people.
  • Strong desire to exceed customer expectations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the venue for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift and transport items weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and balancing transactions.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills with both supervisors and guests.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
