Overview

  • Ability to articulate product features, advantages, and usage to customers.
  • Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and events.
  • Oversee inventory management, product arrangement, and accurate stock counts. Participate in inventory processes.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of products, facilities, and events.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Capable of interpreting and implementing merchandising plans.
  • Support the setup team in organizing event merchandise shops, including layout planning, product placement, inventory oversight, and cleanliness of the shops and displays.
  • Experience in merchandising is advantageous.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate honesty and integrity in all interactions.
  • Open to receiving constructive feedback and making necessary adjustments.
  • Exceptional customer service and sales abilities.
  • Willingness to work extended hours during events.
  • Availability to work weekends and overtime as required.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Attention to detail in opening and closing procedures.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain standing for extended periods.
  • Self-motivated and innovative, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Adaptability in duties and responsibilities as needed.
