A leader is needed to join CS Monte Nido & Associates in Dedham, Massachusetts, as a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist for a leadership/medical director role.

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will have experience in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry, with a strong background in leadership and medical direction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, overseeing the development of new programs, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and direction to our team of mental health professionals.
  • Develop and implement new programs and services that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Maintain a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work, upholding the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in child and adolescent psychiatry, with a strong focus on leadership and medical direction.
  • Board certification (BC) or board eligibility (BE) in psychiatry.
  • Fellowship training in a relevant area, such as eating disorders or integrative medicine.
  • Licensure in the state of Massachusetts, or ability to obtain.
