Job Summary

The SaaS Demand Generation Strategist will develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive pipeline growth, increase revenue, and build Revinova's brand presence in the market.

This role requires a daily contributor who will collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.

A proven track record of scaling demand generation programs and deep expertise in inbound and outbound marketing, digital marketing strategies, and data analytics are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth for the sales team.
  • Oversee lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and webinars.
  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure alignment on goals, target audiences, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Own the marketing funnel, including top-of-funnel lead generation, lead nurturing, scoring, and the handoff to the sales team.
  • Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to penetrate key accounts and markets.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance using analytics to optimize and scale.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop compelling messaging and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in demand generation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in developing and scaling SaaS demand generation programs.
  • Expertise in inbound and outbound marketing, ABM, digital marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, lead scoring, and customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and growing teams.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
