Job Summary:

This position is responsible for driving sales growth and customer retention for Texas First Rentals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to grow business and maintain existing customer base
  • Source and develop new business opportunities within assigned market area/territory
  • Prepare and present sales contracts and lease agreements
  • Prepare sales reports, expense reports, and daily call reports
  • Formulate bids on new and existing jobs and projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one to three years of work-related experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent with some college coursework or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • PC literate, proficient with MS Office, with emphasis in Excel and Outlook
  • Valid driver's license and extensive driving required

Additional Requirements:

  • Three to five years of experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task, remain organized, and develop relationships with customers
