Branch Manager Job Description

American Heritage Credit Union, a leading financial institution, is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Children's Hospital Branch. This role requires a strong leader who can guide branch office staff in providing exceptional service to members, ensuring seamless account transactions, loan applications, and new account openings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train branch staff to meet high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve member satisfaction.
  • Manage branch operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least three years of branch management experience within a financial institution.
  • Advanced working knowledge of PC applications, including Microsoft Office and financial software.
  • Professional, well-developed interpersonal skills necessary for supervising branch staff and servicing Credit Union members.
