Branch Manager Opportunity at American Heritage Federal Credit Union

American Heritage Federal Credit Union, a leading financial institution, is seeking a seasoned Branch Manager to oversee our Children's Hospital Branch. This role requires a strong leader who can guide branch office staff in delivering exceptional service to members, handling account transactions, loan applications, and new accounts, while resolving issues within established policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor branch staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to credit union policies.
  • Manage branch operations, including account transactions, loan applications, and new account openings.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and member satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with credit union leadership to achieve business objectives and goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least three years of branch management experience within a financial institution.
  • Advanced working knowledge of PC applications, including Microsoft Office and financial software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members.
