Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED and 1 or more years of human service experience where you assisted/provided aide/worked with children or adults
A Child Development Associate certificate (CDA) is required
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a Human Services field is preferred
Must possess MS Office: Computer Skills
Professional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Behavioral Intervention Skills (Required)
Crisis Intervention Skills (Required)
Strong clinical, crisis management, de-escalation, and critical thinking skills
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License, with a minimum of 3-year clear driving history
Must have reliable transportation
Must have and maintain professional liability insurance and car insurance (100/300/100 coverage)
Must successfully pass a background check
2 references required
Must complete required online training provided by Urban Grow Group LLC
