Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our travel nurse and allied healthcare positions. If you have a proven track record of success in sales, account management, or a related field, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit qualified candidates through various channels and platforms
  • Build and develop long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Represent OneStaff Medical's high standards to our partners and potential travelers
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and thrive independently
