Job Summary

The Travel Nurse & Allied Healthcare Recruiters are key members of our team, responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates to meet the needs of our traveling nurses and support their needs during work assignments. This is an in-office position, working out of our headquarters in Omaha, NE, with optional flex schedules after an onboarding period.

Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit qualified candidates through various tools and platforms, ensuring they find the right job, facility, and location.
  • Build and develop long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, representing OneStaff Medical's high standards to all partners and potential travelers.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in sales, account management, service industry, or a similar role with a focus on relationship-building.
  • A positive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work well in a team environment and thrive independently.
  • Superb PC skills, including proficiency in Excel.
