Job Summary

The Travel Nurse & Allied Healthcare Recruiters are key members of our team, responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates to meet the needs of our traveling nurses. This is an in-office position, working out of our headquarters in Omaha, NE, with optional flex schedules after an onboarding period.

Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit qualified candidates through various tools and platforms, ensuring a great fit for our travelers and facilities.
  • Build and develop long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Represent OneStaff Medical's high standards to all partners and potential travelers, promoting our brand and values.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role, with a proven track record of building relationships and driving results.
  • A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to hustle daily, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Superb PC skills, including proficiency in Excel, with the ability to work well in a team environment and thrive independently.
