Role Responsibilities:
Our organization specializes in delivering Control Systems and Machinery to manufacturers, particularly in the Rubber and Plastics industries.

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Lead and manage the Engineering team on a daily basis.
  • Engage actively in all facets of the engineering department.
  • Oversee staff management and administrative tasks.
  • Direct engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Work on electrical engineering as well as control and automation systems.
  • Participate in control logic and HMI programming tasks.
  • Execute mechanical design and engineering projects.
  • Generate comprehensive documentation, including parts lists, schematics, mechanical details, assembly drawings, and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and field service as needed.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a technical management capacity.
  • A willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
