Job Title: Traveling Field Project Manager

Clean Harbors is seeking a highly skilled Traveling Field Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Environmental Construction group, you will be responsible for managing remediation projects in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes.
  • Serve as a Project Manager for Clean Harbors Environmental Construction group for environmental, civil construction, and demolition projects.
  • Prepare proposals, including cost estimates and work scopes and schedules.
  • Develop relationships with key customers and understand their concerns and priorities.
  • Provide engineering and technical support to field service offices.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Sciences, or related disciplines preferred.
  • 5+ years' demonstrated Project Management experience in environmental remediation.
  • Ability to review and interpret technical specifications and drawings.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Windows-based business software.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong customer management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
  • Knowledge of Federal and State regulations governing remedial sites.
  • Ability to travel up to 6 weeks at a time.
