Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medications to our patients, while adhering to all state and federal laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret clinical data to ensure accurate medication dispensing
  • Conduct final inspections of packaged drugs prior to dispensing
  • Supervise and oversee the activities of pharmacy interns and technicians
  • Verify and review controlled medications received from drug wholesalers
  • Complete required documents, forms, and reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Participate in our pharmacy's continuous quality improvement program
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and secure prescription department
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy
  • Clear and active pharmacy license issued by the State of TN Board of Pharmacy
  • 2 years of experience in compounding pharmacy (preferred)
