POSITION SUMMARY
The Staff Pharmacist is accountable for the precise and safe dispensing of medications to the community while ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations governing pharmacy practice and adherence to company protocols.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and interpret clinical data.
- Conduct final inspections of all medications prior to patient dispensing.
- Supervise and guide pharmacy interns and technicians in their daily tasks.
- Maintain accountability for all delegated responsibilities performed by interns and technicians under supervision.
- Review and verify all controlled substances received from pharmaceutical wholesalers.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all necessary documentation as per company policy.
- Engage in the pharmacy's ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
- Uphold a clean, safe, and secure environment within the prescription department.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Must be a graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy.
Possess a clear and active pharmacy license issued by the State Board of Pharmacy.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $106,125,000.00 annually

SCHEDULE
Monday to Friday with occasional weekends as required.
EDUCATION: Doctorate (Required)
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years in Compounding Pharmacy (Preferred)
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Licensed Pharmacist (Required)
WORK LOCATION: In-person.
