    • Install and service pedestrian power doors and glass panels to ensure optimal performance and safety.
    • Conduct thorough assessments of customer sites to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Develop and maintain technical expertise in pedestrian power doors and glass panels.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Complete and submit accurate and timely service reports and timesheets.
    • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of parts and supplies.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • 2-3 years of experience in installing and servicing pedestrian power doors and glass panels.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong technical skills and knowledge of pedestrian power doors and glass panels.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Working Conditions
    • Work is performed at customer sites with exposure to extreme weather conditions, noisy, dusty, and dirty environments, and motorized equipment that pose potential safety hazards.
    • Must be able to safely lift 50 pounds regularly.
