Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Technician, Monitoring to join our team at Nihon Kohden America. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our capital equipment at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure capital equipment at customer sites, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Perform quality checks and testing to ensure equipment is functioning correctly and meets customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support, and customer service, to resolve installation-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the installation process.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and product developments, applying this knowledge to improve installation processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in electronics or related field; relevant experience and certifications accepted in lieu of degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in installation and maintenance of capital equipment, preferably in a hospital environment.
  • Basic knowledge of cabling and construction principles, as well as familiarity with networks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel frequently, with occasional weekend and evening work required.
