Position Overview:

The HR Support Specialist role is designed to deliver comprehensive HR assistance to associates across various topics in alignment with established procedures.

This position operates on a hybrid work model, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities based on organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring clear communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Assist and support associates with incoming HR questions and concerns.
  • Follow up with stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring issues are resolved.
  • Identify, investigate, and address challenges effectively.
  • Manage the tracking and routing of inquiries to appropriate resources, escalating unresolved issues as necessary.
  • Respond to all inquiries in accordance with company service standards.
  • Support the operation of the HR Help Desk, acting as a primary resource for associate inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all inquiries, ensuring proper closure.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all employee information.

Qualifications:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent, coupled with two years of relevant experience in Human Resources, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
  • Strong administrative skills and background.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with robust organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet productivity targets.
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with strong internet research skills.
  • Capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
