Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at TalentBurst, Inc. in Devens, MA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional reception and administrative support to our team, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Stock and maintain office supplies, including snacks, beverages, and kitchen essentials.
- Partner with facilities management to ensure the office is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Support local team events, including Thirsty Thursdays and new employee welcome lunches.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a reception or administrative role.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Slack.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of $25.
- A temporary role with a duration of 4 weeks, from December 9th to January 8th.
