Administrative Support Specialist

At TalentBurst, Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to provide exceptional support to our employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide receptionist duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Support administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Partner with facilities management to ensure the office is clean and well-maintained.
- Assist with local team events, including Thirsty Thursdays and new employee welcome lunches.
Requirements:
- One to two years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Slack.
