Principal Mixed Signal Electronics Engineer

Job Summary: The Tailored Systems Business Area within the Electronics Program Office directorate delivers cutting-edge microelectronics solutions in support of National Security missions. We are seeking a Principal Mixed Signal Electronics Engineer to join our Low Power Electronics group and contribute to the development of next-generation sensor/actuator hardware.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop next-generation sensor/actuator hardware
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects
- Develop and execute innovative technical solutions
- Collaborate with engineers and scientists to drive innovation and creativity
- Contribute to the development of new products and business opportunities
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in electronic or electrical engineering
- Strong electrical engineering fundamentals
- Experience leading teams of engineers
- Background in developing new products and business opportunities
- Technical capability with strong electrical engineering fundamentals
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in electronic or electrical engineering
- Experience with miniature low power embedded systems, sensor integration, wireless communication interfaces, and battery conditioning and maintenance
- Familiarity with signal and power integrity analysis tools
- Experience with miniature electronic packaging and design using bare die or chip-scale packages
