Car Cleaner Supervisor Job at Reimagined Parking

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Car Cleaner Supervisor at our Kahului Airport location. This position offers a competitive salary and opportunities for career growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our team delivers exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. As a Car Cleaner Supervisor, you will work closely with fellow team members, Operations Managers, and Shift Supervisors to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond promptly to customer requests and provide excellent interactions with all guests at your assigned location.
  2. Clean and sanitize vehicle interiors according to client standard operating procedures.
  3. Vacuum and prepare vehicle interiors per client standard operating procedures.
  4. Wash, clean, and dry the vehicle exterior.
  5. Check vehicle exterior, windshield, and windows for damage and report findings according to standard operating procedures.
  6. Inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth, and convey reportable findings per standard operating procedures.
  7. Check fuel level and warning lights; reset vehicle settings to clear customer data.
  8. Verify registration is in the vehicle, current, and matches the vehicle license plate.
  9. Check fluid levels and replenish as needed.
  10. Fuel and stage vehicles.
  11. Inspect vehicles for any safety concerns and report warning lights and/or safety concerns per standard operating procedures.
  12. Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
  13. Responsible for wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring cleaning, detailing, washing, and sanitization supplies are available.
  14. May transport customers to and from other rental car facilities.
  15. Assist customers when needed.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to verbally communicate with guests.
  • Previous valet experience is preferred.
