Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team at Home2 Suites Bloomington. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, verifying identity and ensuring accuracy.
  • Respond to and resolve guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Secure payments and verify billing information, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide guests with room and hotel information, directions, and local recommendations.
  • Run daily reports and review data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Complete cashier and closing reports, counting the bank and ensuring accuracy.
  • Accept and record wake-up calls, delivering to the right department.
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest information and proprietary data.
  • Communicate emergency situations, lost items, and theft to the proper staff and authorities.
  • Report maintenance problems, accidents, and safety hazards.
  • Keep contingency lists and communicate necessary messages.
  • Protect company assets and comply with quality assurance expectations.
