Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute quality assurance plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform quality improvement strategies
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance best practices
  • Participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives
Requirements
  • 5+ years of quality assurance experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with quality management software and tools
Preferred Qualifications
