POSITION SUMMARY:

Support the development, organization, and execution of programs and activities that deliver enriching outdoor, educational, and recreational opportunities for teenagers throughout the year.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in formulating a weekly schedule of activities.
  • Engage in daily program operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and meals served.
  • Ensure a safe environment for all participants.
  • Serve as a positive role model for teens through active involvement.
  • Propose innovative ideas to enhance program offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Capability to assist, lead, plan, and implement program activities effectively.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

WORK SCHEDULE: 20 hours per week, afternoons from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
