POSITION SUMMARY:
Support the development, organization, and execution of programs and activities that deliver enriching outdoor, educational, and recreational opportunities for teenagers throughout the year.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in formulating a weekly schedule of activities.
- Engage in daily program operations.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and meals served.
- Ensure a safe environment for all participants.
- Serve as a positive role model for teens through active involvement.
- Propose innovative ideas to enhance program offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Capability to assist, lead, plan, and implement program activities effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
WORK SCHEDULE: 20 hours per week, afternoons from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
