Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment. This role requires expertise in maintaining and repairing industrial machinery, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on machinery to enhance performance and durability.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions in industrial equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Interpret electrical schematics to troubleshoot and fix issues effectively.
  • Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage work orders and maintenance records.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols consistently.
  • Coordinate with production teams to plan maintenance and repairs.
  • Perform emergency repairs during production and scheduled maintenance during downtime.
  • Identify faulty operations and report any unusual conditions to management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety regulations.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance role within the manufacturing sector.
2. Demonstrated expertise in mechanical maintenance and industrial electrical systems, including the ability to read and troubleshoot electrical schematics.
3. Familiarity with CMMS for effective maintenance management.
4. Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
5. Commitment to safety and quality, with knowledge of GMP.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly address technical issues.
7. Physical capability to work from heights and in various environments to maintain industrial systems.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in HVAC or building maintenance technology are advantageous.
