Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Manager, Internal Audit to join our team at KNM Resources. This key role will play a crucial part in ensuring our compliance program is effective and up-to-date.

About the Role

This challenging position involves serving as a subject matter expert for audits and special projects, creating and leading regulatory compliance initiatives, and designing testing that aligns with industry standards.

  • Spearhead compliance efforts across the organization, collaborating closely with business leaders and management teams.
  • Maintain expertise on regulations governing commercial banking and lending, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes accordingly.
  • Leverage data analytics and diagnostic tools to inform audit strategies and drive results-oriented outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field, along with 7+ years of experience in audit or compliance roles within the financial services industry or public accounting.

  • Certifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or CAMS are highly valued.
  • A proven track record in project management, process improvement, and change facilitation is essential.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
