Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Plumbing Operations Specialist to join Joseph J Magnolia. This key role will be responsible for performing plumbing service work, maintenance and repairs in commercial buildings, as well as troubleshooting and repairing pipe and pipeline systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine plumbing maintenance and repairs in commercial settings, ensuring all work meets local plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Detect and troubleshoot complex plumbing system issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with customers and coordinators to provide excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Operate and manage a company service truck, adhering to safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial plumbing operations.
  • Journeyman plumbing and gas license required.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Detailed understanding of blueprints and building codes.
Estimated Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
