Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at CCS. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing mental health services to our clients.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for providing clinical social work services to individuals, families, and groups. This includes assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with medical personnel, legal authorities, and military commanders as needed
  • Maintain accurate and current notes in electronic medical records
  • Participate in military-specific training and activities
Requirements:
  • Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) or equivalent degree from a graduate school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
  • Current, unrestricted clinical license to independently practice social work in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • Experience working in a government setting, such as DOD or Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) MTF
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Evidence-based trauma care experience
  • Evidence-based suicide risk management experience
  • Prior military and/or SOF experience
