Job Summary

The Retail Sales Associate - Inventory Focused role at Vuori, Inc. is a dynamic opportunity to forge connections with customers while communicating the brand's values through insightful product knowledge and a happy, optimistic outlook. Key Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience by forging lasting relationships, working with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best service possible, and greeting customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
    • Prepare the fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest, knowledgeable feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit.
    • Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment, seek new product knowledge in the broader fashion landscape and active-wear specifically to serve as an expert for the customer, and assist in the completion of projects while keeping the focus on customer experience.
    • Communicate inventory needs to support the business goal, ensure the backroom is tidy and easy to navigate, and handle destock and restock on a daily basis.
    • Organize supplies, communicate when needing restocked, support weekly planning and re-organization of BOH to support inbound shipment receiving, and ensure all shipments are being received and processed in a timely manner.
    • Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner, support daily manual restocks to ensure the floor is fully stocked, and support weekly cycle counts.

Requirements

• Must be available to work at least one full weekend day, evenings, and holidays, including but not limited to: Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Boxing Day. May also be required to work early morning inventory processing shifts.
    • Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality, develop relationships with customers and colleagues, positively and proactively handle customer concerns, and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes, strong organizational skills and follow-through skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative, and eagerness to develop new skills and responsiveness to feedback.
