Job Summary

The Prime Healthcare Rapid Assessment RN fosters collaboration between critical care nurses, acute care nurses, and physicians in high-pressure situations through assessment, timely interventions, effective communication, support, and education. This role is ideal for a skilled and experienced staff RN who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure timely interventions to facilitate patient rescue and recovery
* Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times
* Collaborate with physicians to facilitate informed decision-making

Requirements:

* A minimum of one year of experience as a staff RN in an acute care hospital setting is required
* Critical care experience is preferred
* Required certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
* Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification is preferred
* A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is also highly desirable

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
