Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations of children and adolescents to identify their strengths, needs, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the psychological and emotional needs of children and adolescents.
  • Provide counseling and therapy services to children and adolescents, and their families, to promote healthy development and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers, social workers, and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for children and adolescents.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of programs and services that promote the mental health and well-being of children and adolescents.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of child psychology, and apply this knowledge to inform your work.
Requirements
  • PhD in Child Psychology or a related field.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, and their families, in a clinical or therapeutic setting.
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement individualized plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, adolescents, and their families, as well as other professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of child development, psychology, and related fields, with the ability to apply this knowledge to inform your work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a public service or non-profit organization.
  • Knowledge of cultural and linguistic diversity, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Experience with program development and implementation, and the ability to contribute to the development of new programs and services.
