Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Psychologist to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical child psychology and experience working with children and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments of referred patients, including administering, scoring, and interpreting psychometric and projective tests.
  • Provide individual and group therapy to children and adolescents, addressing a range of mental health concerns.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Conduct initial interviews with patients and gather relevant information to inform treatment decisions.
  • Develop and maintain written records of therapy sessions, preparing reports and letters as needed.

Requirements:
  • Doctorate degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited program.
  • Two or more years of post-graduate experience in a behavioral health setting, or a pre-doctoral internship, post-doctoral internship, or fellowship at Kaiser Permanente.
  • Psychologist License (California).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Internship in an APA-approved program.
