Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Window Cleaning Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of cleanliness for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for office tasks and ensure a smooth day-to-day operation
  • Assist the production crew as needed and fill in for absent team members
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure window cleaning equipment is in good working order
  • Develop and maintain a commercial customer base through direct sales efforts and follow-up phone calls
  • Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals to drive business growth
  • Clean windows as needed to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Physical Requirements:
  • Able to stand for long periods of time and move around with ease
  • Able to perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and arms
  • Able to work with arms above head and bend/squat to reach low-level areas
  • Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0 to 110 degrees
  • Able to assemble, lift, and climb ladders up to 30 feet
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others
  • Good oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members
  • Team building skills and ability to train others
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
