Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Window Cleaning Assistant. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality of window cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for office tasks and assist with production crew as needed
  • Inventory and maintain window cleaning equipment to ensure optimal functionality
  • Develop and maintain a commercial customer base through direct sales efforts and follow-up phone calls
  • Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals
  • Clean windows as needed, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Open to learning and development, with a willingness to take on new challenges
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to train others
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Liability car insurance
