We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office and Production Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will provide support for office tasks, assist with production crew, and ensure the functionality of equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for office tasks, including administrative duties and data entry.
  • Assist with production crew, including filling as needed and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Inventory window cleaning equipment and ensure functionality of equipment.
  • Develop a commercial customer base through direct cold-call sales efforts and follow-up phone calls.
  • Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals.
  • Clean windows as needed.
Physical Requirements:
  • Able to stand on feet for long periods of time.
  • Able to perform repetitive motion with hands, wrist, and arms.
  • Able to work with arms above head.
  • Able to bend and squat to ground level.
  • Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0 to 110 degrees.
  • Able to assemble, lift, and climb ladders up to 30 feet.
