Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiology Specialist to join our team at Cynet Health. As a key member of our radiology department, you will play a critical role in assisting physicians with minimally invasive procedures that guide instruments through a patient's blood vessels and organs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize the use of radiation to ensure patient safety and minimize exposure.
  • Assist patients to the procedure room and provide support throughout the procedure.
  • Advise on the provision of radiology equipment and ensure its proper maintenance.
  • May assist in procedures such as angioplasty, biopsies, image-guided thermal ablation, and other radiology department procedures.
  • Evaluate quality assurance performance and monitor performance metrics.
  • Train staff and physicians in relevant aspects of radiation protection.
  • Observe patients during procedures and report any abnormal activity.
Requirements
  • Two-year degree in Interventional Radiology or a related field.
  • One year of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technician.
  • Current AHA BLS certification.
