Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to oversee all aspects of student financial assistance programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial aid management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of financial aid advisors to ensure efficient and accurate processing of student financial aid applications.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations.
  • Collaborate with campus personnel to ensure accurate and timely disbursements and refunds of federal, state, and agency funds.
  • Analyze and resolve complex financial aid issues, ensuring accuracy and integrity in student financial aid awards.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Higher Education Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial aid management, with a proven track record of successful program implementation and management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and direct a team.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
