Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stretching and flexibility training, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assisted stretch and flexibility sessions to clients to help them feel and move better.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive programs to drive client goal achievements and retention.
  • Lead clients through self-assisted and assisted stretch sessions, including PNF stretching if applicable.
  • Conduct stretch demos for new clients, including assessment, medical history, and goal setting.
  • Provide assistance to all clients to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
  • Promote and sell stretch and flex sessions and personal training sessions.
  • Complete all administrative requirements associated with client fitness plans.
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficient in stretching and flexibility training.
  • 1-3 years of experience preferred.
  • Valid, current PT certifications, nationally recognized: NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study, preferred.
  • CPR/AED certified.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
