We are seeking a meticulous Project Coordinator to become a vital part of our expanding organization, specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of a diverse range of construction materials for residential and commercial builders, developers, and contractors.

The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the accuracy of submittals, generating change orders, managing order entries, and holding field managers accountable while collaborating closely with various internal departments, customers, and suppliers.

Job Type: Full Time, On-site, potential hybrid

Key Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:

  • Facilitate communication with field managers to guarantee timely submission of verifications and data, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage post-bid addendums, proposal requests, and related documentation.
  • Utilize expertise and knowledge related to construction materials.
  • Document all facets of each project through contracts, change orders, sales orders, purchase orders, order acknowledgments, submittals, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Oversee multiple projects on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with production teams regarding lead times and shipping logistics.
  • Engage directly with customers through various communication channels.
  • Establish and meet project timelines and deadlines effectively.

Qualifications for the Project Coordinator:

  • Prior experience in relevant fields such as carpentry, construction, or building materials.
  • Associate's degree in related disciplines is preferred.
  • Familiarity with construction processes and knowledge of required building materials.
  • Demonstrated supervisory skills and techniques.
  • Proficient in data input, retrieval, and analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
