As a Clinic Director at Team Rehabilitation, you will play a key role in driving the success of our clinics. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the clinic and improve patient outcomes
  • Provide exceptional patient care and manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic
  • Hire and manage a team of skilled therapists and support staff
  • Maintain relationships with key physicians and stakeholders in the community
  • Manage the clinic budget and make financial decisions that support the clinic's overall financial health
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations
  • Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize clinic performance and profitability

Qualifications

  • Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy
  • 5+ years of proven experience in physical therapy with a track record of exceptional patient care
  • Dedicated to education and training with a desire to continue to grow as a Physical Therapist
  • Commitment to Team's initiative of making Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) a priority
